Is there a body corporate?
Stage one & two consist of 26 fee simple townhouses - there is no body corporate for these residents.
Stage three, The Alpine Terraces consist of 34 freehold strata terraced homes. A body corporate will be formed for these units and will be managed by a professional body corporate manager. There is a annual body corporate fee. This fee is low, as many of the Bullendale roads and reserves vest with the Queenstown Lakes District Council furthermore, The Alpine Terraces have limited common areas to maintain.

Shane Fairmaid and the March family have combined their skills and experience in construction and residential development, to deliver Bullendale to the highest standard, for you to enjoy.
Shane is the director of Momentum Projects and one of New Zealand's leading project managers. Shane has considerable experience in land and property development and is involved in multiple residential developments across the South Island, such as Aspiring Retirement Village in Wanaka and Beachgrove in Kaiapoi, Christchurch.
The March family is well known for their involvement in New Zealand's mining industry. The family's mining story began in 1983, with their first mining venture in the Kawarau River in Gibbston Valley. The March's went onto establish robust mining operations in the nearby Shotover River in Skippers Canyon - an area renowned for its isolation, cold climate and flooded rivers. They mined there until recently when they shifted to a large and successful open cast operation in Southland's Waikaka Valley.
WHO IS BUILDING BULLENDALE
Nationwide Master builders, Mike Greer Homes, are currently constructing the homes in Stage One and Two of Bullendale.
Mike Greer Homes are members of the Masterbuild Guarantee Association, which is the highest level of construction guarantee in New Zealand. All purchasers at Bullendale can choose to transfer the guarantee upon settlement, for a small admin fee that is to be paid by the purchaser.
The builder of stage three is yet to be announced.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED? DO WE NEED TO PAY INSTALLMENT OR PROGRESS PAYMENTS?
Once you secure a home at Bullendale, a 10% deposit is to be transferred into the developers lawyers (Anderson Lloyd Queenstown) trust account, which will be held in this account until settlement. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid upon settlement. (TURN KEY)

HAS RESOURCE CONSENT BEEN ISSUED?
Yes, Bullendale was issued resource consent in December 2016 by the Queenstown Lakes District Council. Bullendale has consent for 88 units to be built in total.
WHEN IS THE STAGE ONE & TWO CONSTRUCTION STARTING?
Construction of Stage One started in May 17.
WHEN IS STAGE ONE & TWO DUE TO BE COMPLETEd?
We will begin delivering Stage One homes by Dec 17. Anticipated completion of Stage Two is by late 2018.
WHEN IS STAGe three due to be completed?
We will begin delivering Stage Three homes by mid 2019.
HOW MANY STAGES ARE THERE?
Resource consent has been issued to build 88 townhouses, terraced houses and apartments, at Bullendale. Stage One and Stage Two both consist of 26 townhouses. Stage Three consists of 34 terraced houses. The remaining units are in Stage Four.
Yes, in stage one & two we encourage any safe domestic animals.
In stage three, we also encourage pets. An owner of a unit may keep one domestic pet in their home with the prior written consent of the Body Corporate.
Yes, a main public bus route stops right outside Bullendale. The local council has recently announced a new public transport initiative that involves hourly buses from Arthurs Point to central Queenstown and beyond, for a $2 fee.
